1. What is the uniform?
We take pride in maintaining a clean, professional appearance at every event. Being in perfect uniform isn’t just a requirement — it reflects our commitment to excellence, teamwork, and the high standards our clients expect.
Uniform requirements vary slightly depending on the venue:
Day of Hire: Black pants, all-black slip-resistant shoes, with a black or white T-shirt.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium: Black pants with MBS polo shirt, all-black slip-resistant shoes.
Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC): Black pants with Snack Attack shirt, all-black slip-resistant shoes. A black button-up shirt is also accepted.
AmericasMart: Same guidelines as GWCC.
Atlanta Braves Games:
Concessions team: Khaki pants, all-black slip-resistant shoes, with a black or white T-shirt, and the Braves uniform shirt provided each day.
Condiment station team: Black pants, all-black slip-resistant shoes, with a black or white T-shirt, and the daily Braves uniform shirt.
(BLACK PANTS ONLY (no cargo, no jeans, shorts, capris, tights, joggers, Yoga pants, skinny pants)
Black belt, Black sneakers (Slip resistant), White t-shirt or long sleeve (no logo)
No Personal Bags, Clear bags Only.

2. What is the schedule process?
Schedules are sent directly by the manager and must be followed as communicated. You are required to confirm each schedule message upon receipt. If you have any questions or need clarification, please reach out to your manager during appropriate hours.
3. When is payday?
Paydays are on the 5th and 20th of each month.
The pay periods are:
1st–15th (paid on the 20th)
16th–end of month (paid on the 5th of the following month)
Unless otherwise noted.
4. What time should I arrive for my shift?
You should arrive at least 15–30 minutes before your scheduled shift to allow time for check-in, uniform prep, and getting to your assigned area. Being on time is essential to keeping operations running smoothly.
5. What should I do if I can’t make it to a shift?
Notify your manager as early as possible—preferably at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute call-outs should only be for emergencies and must be communicated respectfully and directly.
6. Are meals or breaks provided?
Breaks are provided in accordance with event schedules and shift lengths. Please check with your manager on-site for timing and food options, as they vary by venue and event.
7. How do I get my uniform or badge for Braves or special events?
Braves uniforms are provided daily on-site. For other events requiring special credentials or uniforms, your manager will distribute these upon arrival or provide instructions beforehand.
8. Who do I contact if I have questions or issues?
Always start by contacting your assigned manager or team lead.
